Cancellation policy

We will charge a cancellation fee of 100% if booking is cancelled 3 days or less before the event

We will charge a cancellation fee of 50% if booking is cancelled 5 days or less before the event

We will charge a cancellation fee of 0% if booking is cancelled 7 days or less before the event

        • n case of closing of Manjanggul Lava Tube (the first Wednesday of every month) Jeju Haenyeo Museum will be alternative tour course
        • Pickup and drop-off outside of downtown Jeju City, need to extra charge 30,000~50,000KRW
        • Per each additional hour 50,000 KRW(Van)~70,000KRW(Mini Bus). Payment direct to the guide.
        • In case of your accommodation outside of Jejusi(from Jeju airport 20 mins more moving distance), 30,000~50,000 KRW surcharge is required.
